The Client Services Specialist provides technical assistance and support for a number of schools,departments, or functional areas. The major focus of work involves hardware and software installation,technology trouble shooting and problem resolution for workstation level equipment. Frequently has interactions with all levels of staff related to technical support and technology usage.
Qualifications: Requires any combination of experience and education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate’s degree; Information Technology or directly related field preferred. Appropriate A+ and hardware vendor certifications, and certifications in A+,Network +, Apple Technical Support Certification preferred. Must hold, or be eligible to obtain Brand Relevant Certifications.
Salary: Hiring Range: 19.97 - 23.97/per hour based on experience and education.
